Enby Meaning™ is an independent, queer-owned platform created to uplift non-binary, trans, and gender-diverse voices through stories, guides, creative resources, and community-led insights. We’re based in the United States and Aotearoa New Zealand but welcome a global audience.

  • Is this website safe for LGBTQIA+ folks? Yes. Our entire mission is grounded in queer joy, safety, and inclusion. We actively moderate to maintain a space free from hate, bigotry, or erasure.

Content & Licensing

  • Can I share your blog posts or guides? Yes — for non-commercial purposes, with credit and a link back to www.enbymeaning.com. Do not repost full articles without permission.

  • Can I use your images or content in my own work? Only with permission. Please contact legal@enbymeaning.com to request usage rights or collaboration.

Purchases, Digital Products & Refunds

  • Do you offer refunds on digital products? Generally, no. But we do offer refunds for duplicate purchases, technical access issues we can’t resolve, or if legally required. See our Refund Policy for details.

  • Can I cancel or reschedule a service I booked? Yes, if it’s at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable. Please contact us as early as possible.

  • What if I bought something through a link and have issues? Affiliate purchases are handled by third-party sites (like Amazon or Bookshop.org). You’ll need to contact them directly for returns or support.

  • What happens if someone posts harmful or inappropriate content? We actively moderate and do not tolerate hate speech, transphobia, racism, or any form of abuse. You can report concerning content to care@enbymeaning.com with a link or screenshot. Reports are confidential and taken seriously.

  • Can I appeal a removed comment or submission? Yes. If your comment was removed and you believe this was in error, email care@enbymeaning.com. We’ll review and respond within 7 days.
